They're on their final leg before heading home, in Mumbai in India, staying at the world-renowned Yoga Institute. It's boiling hot, and the tourists are struggling with their surroundings, especially when they discover that the food is vegetarian all week. They're shocked to find out that obesity is growing exponentially in India, and there are now 14 million obese children - some of whom are undergoing bariatric surgery to try to tackle their problems. Despite the heat and the shock of what they learn, some of the group embrace the yoga and find a new way to look at themselves, just in time before returning home.
