William wants them to prepare a dish inspired by their favourite celebrity chef.Then, one more challenge remains in which to earn a place in this week's quarter-final. With just four places up for grabs, the contenders must each cook a dish with layers. Who will handle the pressure and show they have what it takes to progress further in the competition?
