Alex Polizzi is in the Wiltshire cathedral town of Salisbury to come to the aid of 25-year-old passionate publican Reece.With hundreds of British pubs closing each year, the landscape for boozers is tougher than it has ever been and Reece doesn't just have one establishment, but two!
