The Bold and the Beautiful: Brooke and Stephanie battle it out over Rick, and insists that she take him down to the station and get a lawyer and make a statement. Taylor tells Ridge to take her to the accident site. Rick remembers the times that he had with Phoebe, Eric walks in the door, Rick confesses to Eric says that he went so far as to try and use Steffy to get back at Ridge. Stephanie tells Brooke that she is certain that Rick did what he did to get back at Ridge, Brooke says that Rick loved Phoebe and wouldn't do anything to hurt her. Ridge brings Taylor to the site and she looks at the skid marks in the dirt, she and Ridge sit down while she puts yellow tulip on the ground. Stephanie completely loses it and says that if Rick tries to blame Phoebe for this then he's gonna be sorry, and she won't stop til she gets the truth. Rick tells Eric how he's going to face Taylor after what happened. Madison one of Phoebe's friends calls and Taylor answers and she asked to speak with Phoebe she breaks down and hangs up. Stephanie tells Brooke the reason Rick is the way he is, is because of her and she's the one who killed Phoebe.
