Born in the late 1970's as a response to high gas prices, the moped was a short-lived fad whose only present-day trace is found among tight packs of young hipsters vying to keep the retro culture alive across America. For Emmy Award-winning documentarian Carlos Puga (True Life, MTV), three weeks' access to The Hell's Satans (Richmond, Virginia's premier moped gang) produced enough material for not only an eye-popping peek into this otherwise reclusive society, but also a satirical jab at the process of documentary film-making.

However after learning about the tribes motivation, the Vietnam veterans T.J. and Cliff realize how they\'re being used and reconsider.$

$Watch Whys and Otherwise Vumoo-Felix the Cat comes home after a night of drunken revelry at a nightclub. His wife, wielding a rolling pin, waits up for him. Felix tries to explain why he came home late with three ludicrous tales. First, a con man tricks him out of his paycheck by selling him a fur coat that proves to have a live bear inside of it. Next, Felix buys his wife some candy from a gift shop. A mugger steals it from him, discovers it\'s only candy, and kicks it over a cliff. Felix chases after it, but the candy falls into the sea. Felix swims after it and ends up on a ship as a storm sets in. Finally, Felix tries to explain a tell-tale blonde hair on his shoulder by claiming to have fought with a lion.$
