Alma Moreno plays the aswang attacking residents of a remote barrio. Catlyn (Aiza Seguerra) and her yaya Veron,played by Manilyn Reynes are accompanied in the countryside by Dudoy, the family driver played by Berting Labra. In the midst of their journey, they encounter strange and brutal murders only to find out that the barrio is being infested and attacked by an aswang and Catlyn is to be a victim. They, together with the barrio residents fight against the evil spirits, most especially the aswang that are prevalent in their town.
