Bill Cooper former US Naval Intelligence Officer & host of unlicensed underground, but well known pirate radio broadcast "Hour Of The Time" on the subject of NWO out of Eagar, Ariz., was one of, if not the only NWO researcher to publically predict (live on his broadcast 6-28-01), the events of 9-11 over 2 months before they happened, even specifically naming Osama Bin Laden as the scapegoat NWO would falsely blame for the attacks (clip of this can be found on Youtube).
